Mr. Barile recently announced Sagewoods’ current project consists of a 140 key, 90 unit resort located in Hamilton, Bermuda. We are working with St. Regis on creating Bermudas’ first 5-star luxury property. Included are beach club amenities, a roof top conservatory, spa service and multiple gourmet restaurants. Opening is planned for winter of 2012.
